Crafting of any kind is a form of meditation that fulfills your spirit’s need for creativity and imagination. I have paper crafted since I was a kid\, and I turn to it when I need to work through things in my mind. Allowing the creativity to be in charge frees up other areas of my brain that may need to calm or refocus.

The history of America has shaped our culture but our cultures and sub-cultures are going to help shape our future and shine light on our history. The topic of sneakers is important to me personally for the community and connections I have built because of them. There are also moments throughout history and media that have propelled brands and models to be iconic that pushed sneakers to the forefront of American culture and have grown to be considered mainstream culture with its own sense of economy.
