Fishing Southside Virginia, Part 3: Clean and Cook

Part three of a three part series.

Presented by Audia Harris and Jacob Taylor.

Participants will engage in fish cleaning demonstrations and get hands-on practice for various fish cleaning techniques.  After the fish are cleaned, participants will engage in a variety of cooking techniques where all will enjoy the culinary rewards of their catch.
